摘 要:为适应LX区块致密砂岩气大规模开发阶段对钻速、环保以及降本增效的要求,应用了钻井小井眼技术(一开φ215.9mm钻头开孔,下入φ177.8mm表层套管,二开采用φ150mm钻头开孔,下入φ114.3mm生产套管)。在实践过程中发现,小井眼钻井技术可以减少岩屑产生、降低钻井液消耗,但由于降低了环空间隙,钻井过程中容易出现泵压大、抽汲作用明显、井壁不稳定等现象,钻井时效提升并不明显,且固井质量普遍较差。针对此种情况,提出采用一开φ241.3mm钻头开孔,下入φ193.7mm表层套管,二开采用φ165.1mm钻头,下入φ114.3mm生产套管的小井眼钻井技术,并对钻井液、钻井参数进一步优化,取得了良好的现场应用效果。To meet the requirements of drilling rate, environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency increase in the stage of large-scale development of tight sandstone gas in LX Block, the slim hole drilling technology is applied in this paper, in which a φ215.9 mm bit is drilled and a φ177.8 mm surface casing is drilled, in which a φ150 mm bit is drilled and a φ114.3 mm production casing is drilled. In practice, it is found that slim hole drilling technology can reduce cuttings production and drilling fluid consumption, but because of reducing annulus clearance, high pump pressure, swabbing effect and instability of wellbore are easy to appear in the drilling process, the increase of drilling time-efficiency is not obvious, and cementing quality is generally poor. Given this situation, a slim-hole drilling technique is proposed, which is to open a hole with a φ241.3 mm bit, insert a φ193.7 mm surface casing, and open a slim hole with a φ165.1 mm bit and insert a φ114.3 mm production casing, the drilling fluid and drilling parameters are further optimized, and the good field application results are obtained.
