摘  要:通过研究发现,水力管式泵动力液管线产生振动的主要原因是动力液频繁换向以及柱塞泵供水方式使柱塞泵进液管线在工作中始终处于未充盈状态。这种状态下会在进液管线中持续出现真空段,动力液通过柱塞泵加压后在高压动力液管线内产生“断流空腔弥合”效应,不断对管线内部形成敲击,使管线发生强烈地振动。通过优化柱塞泵供水水系统,增加柱塞泵辅助喂水装置,加大柱塞泵进液压力和进液量,以达到减小水力管式泵动力液管线振动的目的。It is found that the main reasons for the vibration of the power liquid pipeline of the hydraulic pipe pump are the frequent reversing of the power fluid and the water supply mode of the plunger pump, which makes the liquid pipeline of the plunger pump always in the unfilled state during the work. Under this condition, a vacuum section will continue to appear in the liquid inlet pipeline. After the power fluid is pressurized by the plunger pump, the effect of “stop-flow cavity closing” will occur in the high-pressure power liquid pipeline, which will continuously knock the pipeline interior and cause the pipeline to vibrate strongly. By optimizing the water supply system of the plunger pump, increasing the auxiliary water feeding device of the plunger pump, and increasing the liquid inlet pressure and liquid inlet volume of the plunger pump, the vibration of the dynamic liquid pipeline of the hydraulic pipe pump can be reduced.
