摘　　要：脱屑性间质性肺炎是较为罕见的特发性间质性肺病,需要经病理明确,国内个案报道不多,而非吸烟脱屑性间质性肺炎更为少见,2019年7月10日上海市松江区中心医院行经皮肺穿活检发现1例,报道如下。Desquamative interstitial pneumonia is a relatively rare idiopathic interstitial lung disease,and needs to be confirmed by pathology.There are few domestic case reports,and non-smoking desquamative interstitial pneumonia is even rarer.On July 10,2019,one case was found by percutaneous lung biopsy in Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital.The report is as follows.
