摘　　要：新时代赋予大学生村官新的内涵,其成长、成才问题关系到我国“三农”事业的稳步健康发展,尤其与乡村振兴的全面推进休戚相关。然而,近年来,这一特殊人群身份尴尬、待遇低等问题逐渐凸显,不断引发了专家学者和公共媒体的关心关注。这些问题不再是某个区域的乡村振兴过程中遇到的特殊问题,而是这一特殊群体遭遇到的普遍性问题,沿着这一现实而又紧迫的问题产生之轨迹,积极关注并科学探索他们成长成才之道,以期达到“琢玉成才”之效。The new era endows college student village officials with new connotation. Their growth and success are related to the steady and healthy development of the cause of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in China,especially the realization of the cause of all-round rural revitalization. However, in recent years, the embarrassing status and low treatment of this special group have become increasingly prominent, which has constantly aroused the concern of experts and scholars and the public media. These problems are no longer the special problems encountered in the process of rural revitalization in a certain region, but the universal problems encountered by this special group. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and explores the ways for the growth of collegegraduate village officials in the New Era.
