摘 要:以人工智能为代表的新工业革命时代已经到来,技术进步导致的失业问题影响力不容小觑,给劳动法律制度带来极大的挑战。文章从分析人工智能时代的特征及相关制度的不足与缺失出发,提出既要大力发展人工智能技术,抢占人工智能国际发展优势,也要结合当前国家发展实际,优化解雇法律制度、职业培训制度和失业保险制度,以回应人工智能时代失业问题给劳动法律制度带来的挑战,保障劳动者的合法权益。The era of new industrial revolution represented by artificial intelligence has arrived.The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology makes it gradually replace manpower in all walks of life.The potential of intelligent technology continues to be stimulated,and the influence of unemployment caused by technological progress can not be underestimated.Intelligent unemployment brings great challenges to labor laws,and the deficiency and absence of relevant systems need to be paid attention to.It is necessary to vigorously develop artificial intelligence technology and seize the advantages of international development of artificial intelligence.At the same time,relevant dismissal system,vocational training system and unemployment insurance system should be optimized according to the current national development reality,so as to respond to the challenges brought by intelligent unemployment to the labor legal system.
