国内柳州螺蛳粉研究的可视化分析——基于CiteSpace及CNKI平台

摘　　要：通过检索中国知网(CNKI)建库至今收录的柳州螺蛳粉相关文献295篇,利用CiteSpace软件进行研究机构、关键词等共现及聚类分析,绘制可视化图谱,全面地梳理了螺蛳粉产业研究动态、热点与趋势。结果发现,柳州螺蛳粉研究文献逐年增加,虽然涉及螺蛳粉全产业链,但是研究较分散。后续相关研究仍需拓展科研范围和领域,持续关注柳州螺蛳粉优势特色,为产业良性发展提供支持。By searching 295 articles related to Liuzhou luosifen(Liuzhou river snails rice noodle)in the CNKI database,research trends,hot spots and trends of Luosifen industry were comprehensively sorted out.We also conducted cluster analysis of research institutions and keywords to assess co-occurrence and draw visual maps using the CiteSpace software.The results show that although the increasing researches of Liuzhou Luosifen involve the whole industry chain,the research directions are relatively scattered.The follow-up research still needs to expand the field of scientific research,and continues to focus on the features of Luosifen industry to provide support for the benign development.
