摘　　要：总结了国产离子膜电解槽搭配不同离子交换膜的运行状况,对电解槽的电耗、电流效率、槽电压的变化情况进行了分析,同时与某进口离子膜电解槽在极网改造和寿命周期内离子膜更换方面的各项数据指标进行了对比。This paper summarizes and analyzes the changes of power consumption,current efficiency and cell voltage of the electrolyzer after domestic ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer is equipped with different ion-exchange membranes. At the same time,it compares and analyzes various data indicators of the electrode network transformation and ion-exchange membrane replacement within the life cycle of import ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer.
