摘  要:描述了乙烯和氯气发生氯化反应生成二氯乙烷(EDC)及二氯乙烷(EDC)在高温下裂解生成氯乙烯(VCM)的工艺流程,在二氯乙烷合成、精制和二氯乙烷高温裂解过程中将高温氯化反应器与精馏塔合二为一、EDC裂解生产的高温裂解混合气作为循环EDC精馏塔和HCl精馏塔再沸器热媒,有效利用了其热量,对降低冷量和蒸汽用量等方面进行了探讨分析。Describe the process flow of chlorination of ethylene and chlorine to produce dichloroethane(EDC)and cracking of dichloroethane(EDC)to produce vinyl chloride(VCM)at high temperature. In the process of dichloroethane synthesis,refining and high-temperature cracking of dichloroethane,the high-temperature chlorination reactor and distillation tower are combined into one. The high-temperature cracking mixture produced by EDC cracking is used as the heat medium of the reboiler of the circulating EDC distillation tower and HCl distillation tower,effectively utilizing its heat,discussion and analysis on reducing cooling capacity and steam consumption.
