摘　　要：针对聚氯乙烯糊树脂在生产及倒运过程中破袋较多的问题,采用鱼骨刺图分析了影响因素及主要原因,通过优化管理及采用针对性的技术措施在很大程度上控制了破袋率。In order to solve the problem of bag breakage in the process of PVC paste resin production and shipment,fish bone spur diagram was used to analyze the influencing factors and main reasons,and the bag breakage rate was controlled to a large extent by means of management and targeted technical measures.
