摘　　要：颈性眩晕是颈部问题导致椎基底动脉供血不足出现的眩晕性疾病,容易反复发作。严洁教授治疗颈性眩晕注重筋骨调衡,强调针刺、推拿、康复三者结合,针灸改善肌肉的痉挛劳损,推拿复位错位的寰枢关节,康复增强颈部的肌肉力量、维护正常的颈椎曲度,从而达到筋柔骨正,疗效显著,不易复发。本文对严教授的临床经验进行系统整理,总结出针、推、康一体化治疗颈性眩晕的思路与方法。Cervical vertigo is a disorder caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency due to the neck problem, which is prone to recurrent attacks. Professor YAN Jie focuses on the adjustment of tendons and bones, and emphasizes the combination of acupuncture, tuina and rehabilitation in the treatment of this disease. Through acupuncture to improve muscle spasm and strain,tuina to reset the misaligned atlantoaxial joint, and rehabilitation to strengthen the neck muscles and maintain the normal cervical curvature, the effect of muscle relaxation and bone repositioning is achieved, and the vertigo isn’t easy to relapse. Professor YAN’s clinical experience has been systematically sorted out in this paper, and the ideas and methods in integrated treatment of cervical vertigo with acupuncture, tuina and rehabilitation have been summarized.
