宋校通行本《备急千金要方》将枳壳改作枳实的文献考证  

Literature research on changing Zhiqiao (Fructus Aurantii) into Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) in the revised popular version of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang (Invaluable Formulas for Emergencies) in the Song Dynasty

摘　　要：《千金要方》三种代表性版本中对枳实、枳壳的记载存在明显差异,其中早期两种唐代传本《(新雕)孙真人千金方》《真本千金方》中记载的为枳实、枳壳并存,而后来的宋校通行本《备急千金要方》仅见枳实,给当今临床应用带来一定困扰。在对勘版本异文的基础上,参考相关文献,结合历史背景,提出宋校本《备急千金要方》在林亿主导下,或出于个人臆见将全书中的枳壳统一改作枳实,有违原书原貌,与宋代本草学的观点相悖。由于宋校通行本《备急千金要方》经由儒臣整理刊行,其文本具有一定程度的复杂性与不确定性,现今使用该版本时应采取审慎的态度,对关乎中医学理、法、方、药核心要素的文献资料,需要进行考证辨别。There are significant differences in the records of Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) and Zhiqiao (Fructus Aurantii) among three representative versions of Qian Jin Yao Fang (Invaluable Formulas). Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) and Zhiqiao (Fructus Aurantii) appear in both Xin Diao Qian Jin Yao Fang (The Newly Revised Invaluable Formulas for Emergencies)and Zhen Ben Qian Jin Yao Fang (The Original Invaluable Formulas for Emergencies), the two early Tang Dynasty manuscripts.However, only Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) is recorded by the revised popular version of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang (Invaluable Formulas for Emergencies) in the Song Dynasty. Since the differences have caused problems in clinical practice today,we compare the different revised versions, read the related literature, and combine with the historical background. We finally conclude that the LIN Yi version of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang (Invaluable Formulas for Emergencies) in the Song Dynasty has changed Zhiqiao (Fructus Aurantii) into Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) out of personal speculation. It is against the original book and contradicts the view of Material Medica in the Song Dynasty. Since the popular edition has been compiled and published by Confucian scholars, its text has a certain degree of complexity and uncertainty. Cautious attitude should be adopted when using this version. The literature and materials related to the core elements of principle-method-formula-medicine in Chinese medicine need to be verified and identified.
