杞菊地黄汤加减联合复方樟柳碱治疗眼底病患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨杞菊地黄汤加减联合复方樟柳碱治疗眼底病的效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2021年8月泰安市妇幼保健院眼科收治的130例眼底病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,各65例。常规组给予杞菊地黄汤加减治疗,试验组在常规组基础上加用复方樟柳碱治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血流动力学指标、视觉功能、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。治疗前,两组血浆黏度(PV)、全血黏度(CP)、血细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞聚集指数(AI)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组PV、CP、Hct、AI、FIB水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视网膜厚度、视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组视网膜厚度低于常规组,视力高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组复发率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。结论:对眼底病患者联合使用杞菊地黄汤加减和复方樟柳碱治疗的效果显著,能改善患者血液流变学指标,提高视觉功能,降低不良反应发生率及患者的复发率。Objective:To study the effect of modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with compound anisodine in the treatment of ocular fundus disease.Methods:From August 2019 to August 2021,130 patients with ocular fundus diseases admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a routine group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction,and the experimental group was treated with compound anisodine on the basis of the routine group.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indexes,visual function,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment response rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood viscosity(CP),hematocrit(Hct),erythrocyte aggregation index(AI),and fibrinogen(FIB)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PV,CP,Hct,AI,and FIB in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in retinal thickness and visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the retinal thickness in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group,and the visual acuity in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).Conclusion:The modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with compound anisodine has significant effect in
