温阳理气穴位贴敷联合便通胶囊治疗因羟考酮所致气虚型便秘患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳理气穴位贴敷联合便通胶囊治疗因羟考酮所致气虚型便秘患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月北京中医医院延庆医院收治的因羟考酮所致的60例气虚型便秘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用便通胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温阳理气穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、便秘患者生存质量量表评分。结果:治疗前,两组排便时间、排便困难、四肢不温、排便间隔、腹部冷痛积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组排便时间、排便困难、四肢不温、排便间隔、腹部冷痛积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生理、社会心理、担忧、满意度评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项生活质量评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳理气穴位贴敷联合便通胶囊能缓解因羟考酮所致气虚型便秘患者的疾病症状,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Wenyang Liqi acupoint sticking combined with Biantong capsules in the treatment of patients with oxycodone-induced constipation of qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with oxycodone-induced constipation of qi deficiency syndrome who were treated in Yanqing Hospital of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Biantong capsules,and the observation group received Wenyang Liqi acupoint sticking therapy on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome score and the Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life score were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the defecation time,difficult defecation,cold limb,interval of defecation,and abdominal cold and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the defecation time,difficult defecation,cold limb,interval of defecation,and abdominal cold and pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in physiological,psychosocial,worry,satisfaction scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Liqi acupoint sticking combined with Biantong capsules can ameliorate the symptom of patients with oxycodone-induced constipation of qi deficiency syndrome,and improve their quality of life.
