摘　　要：美国作家丹·布朗和中国作家麦家所创作的“解码小说”在21世纪初创造了现象级的海外销售奇迹,这固然离不开一系列非文本因素的市场运作,但其深层奥秘却在于高明的叙事策略。两位作家嫁虚于实,建构了沉浸式解谜场域,智趣交互为读者带来了游戏式阅读体验,巧妙利用密码“自我授权表意”的内在机制,赋予了通俗小说以经典文学的审美品格。丹·布朗和麦家的系列解码小说深度契合中西方读者的阅读期待,其中所体现的智力美学也预示了当代文学创作的一种趋势。The decoding novels written by Dan Brown and Mai Jia have both created phenomenal miracles of sales abroad at the beginning of the 2lst century,which is inseparable from a series of market factors.However,the secret lies deep in smart narrative strategy.The two authors provide a space for readers to have immersive and game-like reading experience not only through combining fiction and reality,but also blending knowledge with fun.Moreover,they endow popular novels with the aesthetic quality of classic literature by utilizing the internal mechanism of“selfauthorizing language”in cryptology.Decoding novels by Mai Jia and Dan Brown meet the reading expectation of Chinese and Western readers well,and their intellectual aesthetics would be one of the trend of contemporary literary writing.
