摘 要:VOCs是产生臭氧(O_(3))、细颗粒物(PM2.5)等二次污染物的前体物之一,如果被大量排放到大气环境中,会引发光化学烟雾、灰霾等严重的大气污染问题。塑料加工生产的不同环节,会产生不同的VOCs,需要运用燃烧法、吸附法、吸收法、冷凝法、膜分离等技术对其进行集中处理,降低对环境的污染。为了促进塑料加工行业实现绿色发展,塑料加工行业要积极更新生产加工技术、优化原料和助剂、对VOCs进行集中收集处理。Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) are one of the precursors that produce secondary pollutants such as ozone(O_(3)) and particulate matler 2.5(PM2.5). If being discharged into the atmospheric environment in large quantities, they will cause serious luminous chemical smog, haze, etc. Different VOCs will be produced according to the variation in plastic processing and production links. Centralized treatment is required by combustion, adsorption, absorption, condensation, membrane separation and other technologies to reduce the pollution of VOCs on the environment. In order to promote the green development of the plastic processing industry, the relevant technologies should be updated, raw materials and additives optimized, and the collection and treatment of VOCs centralized.
