中医热敷、按摩联合乳腺病治疗仪对乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者乳房胀痛、炎症及乳汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医热敷、按摩联合乳腺病中医封包综合治疗仪对乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者乳房胀痛、炎症及乳汁分泌的影响。方法选择2021年2月—2022年2月本院收治的112例乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组两组,每组各56例。两组均进行常规消炎抗菌治疗,对照组加用乳腺病中医封包综合治疗仪进行治疗,研究组则在对照组治疗的基础上联用中医热敷、按摩,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且中医症候积分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)与乳房胀痛疼痛指数(NRS)均低于对照组,乳腺管畅通情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳汁淤积性乳腺炎的临床治疗中,中医热敷、按摩与乳腺病中医封包综合治疗仪的联合使用能够缓解患者乳房胀痛,改善炎症反应,并促进乳汁分泌,具有更好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of hot compress and massage of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine bag sealing comprehensive therapeutic instrument for breast diseases on breast pain,inflammation and milk secretion of patients with milk stasis mastitis.Methods 112 patients with milk stasis mastitis,those were admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022,were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.Both groups received routine anti-inflammatory and antibacterial treatment.The control group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine packaging comprehensive therapeutic instrument for breast disease,while the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and breast swelling pain index(NRS)were lower than those in the control group,and breast duct patency was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical treatment of milk stasis mastitis,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,massage and traditional Chinese medicine package comprehensive treatment instrument for breast disease could alleviate the pain of breast,improve the inflammatory reaction,and promote the secretion of milk,which has a better therapeutic effect.
