知柏地黄汤加味配合万艾可治疗男性性功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察知柏地黄汤加味配合万艾可治疗男性性功能障碍(阴精亏耗型阳痿)的疗效。方法选择2020年3月—2022年3月本院收治的男性性功能障碍(阴精亏耗型阳痿)患者78例作为研究对象,采用红蓝球法将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各39例。观察组采用知柏地黄汤加味与万艾可联合用药方案,对照组仅给予万艾可,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组疗效较对照组更优(P<0.05);观察组ET-1水平较对照组更低,NO水平更高(P<0.05);观察组SDS和SAS分数低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组成功完成性交率、性生活频率、IIEF-EF、BMSFI、EHS分数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组精液量、精子数量和精子活动率较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组不良反应率相当(P>0.05)。结论知柏地黄汤加味配合万艾可应用于男性性功能障碍(阴精亏耗型阳痿)的临床疗效显著,可有效改善性功能。Objective To observe the efficacy of supplemented Zhibai Dihuang decoction combined with Viagra in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction(impotence of yin essence depletion type).Methods Seventy-eight male patients with sexual dysfunction(Yin essence deficiency type impotence),those were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly grouped in to observation group and control group using the red and blue ball method,with 39 cases in each group.In the observation group,the combined medication regimen of supplemented Zhibai Dihuang decoction and Viagra was used,while only Viagra was given in the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower ET-1 levels and higher NO levels compared with control group(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The rate of successful completion of intercourse,frequency of sexual intercourse,IIEF-EF,BMSFI,and EHS score in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The semen volume,sperm count and sperm motility rate in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy of supplemented Zhibai Dihuang decoction combined with Viagra in treating male sexual dysfunction(Yin essence deficiency type impotence)is remarkable,which can effectively improve sexual function.
