摘　　要：目的研究紫花地丁、甜地丁、苦地丁的微性状特征,对这三种药材的微性状特征进行观察、分析、对比及研究,以此来总结这三种药材的微性状鉴定特征,简单快速的区分辨别地丁类药材。方法本次实验使用生物显微镜、笔记本电脑以及相应的图像处理软件及其它设施,选择紫花地丁、甜地丁、苦地丁这三种易混淆的地丁类中药,选取它们每种药材的同一植物部位运用电子目镜拍摄,然后利用合成软件合成清晰的微性状特征图片,对这三种地丁类药材进行对比鉴别研究,且对其表面的微性状特征进行描述总结,最后归纳出这三种药材的鉴别要点。结果获得所选取的紫花地丁、甜地丁、苦地丁这三种中药在同一植物部位的微性状照片,得到此三种中药的微性状鉴别特征区分明显,进行描述并把握要点。结论紫花地丁、甜地丁、苦地丁在表皮、根、根茎、果皮、种子等部位都具有较为明显的微性状鉴别特征,可对此三种药材进行鉴别区分。Objective To study the micro characteristics of Viola yedoensis,Manyflower Gueldenstaedtid herb and bunge corydalis herb;and to observe,analyze,compare and study the micro characteristics of these three kinds of medicinal materials,so as to summarize the micro character identification characteristics of them,and to distinguish and identify digitalis simply and quickly.Methods In this experiment,biological microscope,notebook computer,corresponding image processing software and other facilities were used to carry out the study.The study subjects were three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine including Viola yedoensis,Manyflower Gueldenstaedtid herb and bunge corydalis herb,which are easy to be confused.The same plant part of each herb was selected and photographed by electronic eyepiece,and then the clear pictures of micro characteristics were synthesized by synthesis software,in this paper,the comparative identification of these three kinds of medicinal materials was studied,and the micro characteristics of their surface were described and summarized.Finally,the identification points of these three kinds of medicinal materials were summarized.Results The photos of the micro characters of the three traditional Chinese medicines in the same plant part were obtained.The micro characters of the three traditional Chinese medicines were distinguished clearly,and the main points were described and grasped.Conclusions The results showed that there were obvious micro characters in epidermis,root,rhizome,pericarp and seed of Viola yedoensis,Manyflower Gueldenstaedtid herb and bunge corydalis herb,which could be used to identify the three kinds of medicinal materials.
