摘　　要：目的探讨健康传播视阈下老年群体对互联网健康护理平台的接触现状及态度、困境及策略。方法选择2021年8月—2022年1月黑龙江省某地级市三甲医院风湿免疫科收治的220例住院患者为调研对象,通过对基本资料、平台接触态度和健康护理平台需求的分析,探讨老年群体的健康护理平台接触现状、健康意识与媒介互动行为。结果调研区域老年群体健康护理平台接触程度较低,构成比为46.7%。年龄、病程、支付方式、家庭月收入、受教育程度等五项指标与平台接触态度进行相关性分析后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现获取医疗支持、规范医疗档案、分享医疗经验是老年群体健康护理平台使用的三大需求,同时,存在着新媒体设备操作不熟练、价格顾虑、各类信息甄别难等使用困境。结论构建具有“适老”功能的互联网健康护理平台对于应对人口老龄化、促进全民健康知识普及、提升民众健康素养具有重大意义。Objective To discuss the current situation and attitude,dilemma and strategy on contacting with internet health care platform among elderly population from the perspective of health communication.Methods From August 2021 to January 2022,220 inpatients those were admitted to the department of rheumatology and immunology in a class III grade A hospital in a prefecture-level city of Heilongjiang province were selected as the research objects.Based on the analysis of basic information,platform contact attitude and demand of health care platform,the current situation of health care platform contact,health awareness and media interaction behavior of the elderly group were discussed.Results It was found that the elderly in the survey area had a low level of contact with health nursing platforms,with a constituent ratio of 46.7%.After the correlation analysis between the five indicators such as age,course of disease,payment method,family monthly income and education level and platform contact attitude,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference in gender was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Obtaining medical support,standardizing medical records,and sharing medical experience were the three major needs for the use of health care platform for the elderly.At the same time,there were difficulties in the use of new media equipment,such as unskilled operation,price concerns,and difficulty in identifying all kinds of information.Conclusions The construction of an internet health care platform with the function of“compatible to the elderly”is of great significance for coping with the problem of population aging,promoting the popularization of health knowledge and improving the health literacy of the people.
