摘　　要：当前全球及我国艾滋病防治形势依然严峻,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染人数众多。这部分人群也存在一定的跨国旅行需求,但同时会面临很多健康问题,需要通过科学的疫苗免疫来获得更多的健康保障。本文结合国内外相关文献,对HIV感染者的接种原则及不同免疫状态下HIV感染者接种疫苗的种类和安全性等问题进行综述,浅析HIV感染的国际旅行者疫苗免疫策略。At present, the HIV prevention and control situation in the world and our country is still grim, and the number of HIV infections is large. These people also have certain transnational travel needs, but at the same time, they will face many health problems, and need to obtain more health protection through scientific vaccine immunization. This article reviews the principles of vaccination for HIV-infected persons and the types and safety of vaccines for HIV-infected persons in different immune states, and analyzes the vaccine immunization strategies for HIV-infected international travelers.
