摘  要:目前充装站需要大量操作人员进行现场操作,一旦出现事故,人员安全无法得到保障。即使现在流行的花篮式充装,也只是对汇流排的形式及远程控制充装进行了改变,仍然需要人工进行卡具连接、瓶阀的开关及其他现场操作,而开关瓶阀过程恰恰是充装事故的高发期。实现无人化气瓶充装,既可以降低劳动强度、提高充装质量控制,又可以有效地避免在事故发生时对人的伤害。At present, filling stations require a large number of operators to carry out on-site operations. Once an accident occurs, the safety of personnel cannot be guaranteed. Even the popular basket filling has only changed the form of the manifold and the remote-control filling, and still requires manual clamping connection, bottle valve opening and closing and other on-site operations, and the opening and closing of the bottle valve is precisely the peak period of filling accidents. The realization of unmanned cylinder filling can not only completely reduce the labor intensity, improve the filling quality control, but also avoid the damage to people in the event of accidents.
