摘 要:针对马钢35 000 m^(3)/h空分设备2^(#)氮压机运行时出现的主电机电流高、喘振故障、氮气放散率高与入口调节阀卡阻的问题,通过对氮压机入口调节阀、防喘振阀分步实施技术改造,保障了氮压机安全经济运行。叙述了2#氮压机运行过程中马钢氮气管网压力升高时,氮压机主电机电流高、喘振故障、氮气放散率高的现象与原因,阐述了对氮压机入口调节阀、防喘振阀实施技术改造的具体方法,介绍了氮压机入口调节阀的卡阻原因及技术改造方法。Aiming at the problems of high current of main motor, surge fault, high nitrogen emission rate and blockage of inlet regulating valve in the operation of 2^(#)nitrogen compressor of Masteel’s 35 000 m^(3)/h air separation equipment, the safe and economical operation of nitrogen compressor was ensured by implementing technical transformation of inlet regulating valve and anti-surge valve of nitrogen compressor step by step. This paper describes the phenomena and reasons of high current, surge fault and high nitrogen emission rate of the main motor of the nitrogen compressor when the pressure of nitrogen pipe network of Masteel rises during the operation of 2#nitrogen compressor, expounds the concrete methods of technical transformation of the inlet regulating valve and anti-surge valve of the nitrogen compressor, and introduces the blocking reasons and technical transformation methods of the inlet regulating valve of the nitrogen compressor.
