摘　　要：建立了一种氪氖电子混合气体中微量H_(2)、O_(2)、N_(2)、CH_(4)、CF_(4)、CO、CO_(2)的分析方法。采用多阀切割和多色谱柱分离的氦离子化气相色谱仪一次进样实现了氪氖电子混合气体中杂质的分离检测。经过方法验证,证明该方法能够达到较高的准确度和精密度。Presents a method for the determination of trace amounts of H_(2)、O_(2)、N_(2)、CH_(4)、CF_(4)、CO、CO_(2) in krypton-neon electron gas mixture. A helium ionization gas chromatograph with multi-valve cutting and multi-column separation was used to realize the separation and detection of impurities in krypton-neon electron gas mixture. Through the verification of the method, it is proved that the method can achieve high accuracy and precision.
