摘　　要：目的探究六步癌症告知模型在促进人文关怀护理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年12月—2022年1月本院收治的300例癌症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各150例。对照组采用常规癌症告知策略,观察组在对照组基础上采用六步癌症告知模式。比较两组患者干预后负性情绪、生活质量水平、自我接纳水平以及对医护的疾病交流满意度情况。结果观察组心理测试量表以及抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自我接纳、自我评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定评分(GQOLI-74)以及沟通满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六步癌症告知模型促进人文关怀护理应用于癌症具有积极的正性作用,有利于缓解患者的负性情绪,提升患者生活质量水平,提升医患沟通满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of six-step cancer-notification model in promoting humanistic care nursing.Methods 300 patients with cancer those were treated in the hospital between December 2020 and January 2022 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(150 cases)and the control group(150 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted conventional cancer-notification strategy,while the observation group received six-step cancer-notification model on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,quality of life,self-acceptance level and satisfaction with doctor-nurse communication were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,self-acceptance and self-evaluation scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of Generic Quality of Life iNventory-74(GQOLI-74)and communication satisfaction were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Six-step cancer-notification model has a positive effect on promoting the humanistic care nursing in cancer,and it is beneficial to relieving the negative emotions of patients,improving the quality of life and enhancing the satisfaction of doctor-patient communication.
