火工品极性及易错项管理控制方法研究

摘　　要：为进一步提高型号用火工品的质量和可靠性,提出了通过设计单位梳理识别、生产单位落实完善等方法,利用极性及易错项目汇总表,提出型号用火工品的极性及易错项目的识别、管理、控制方法及要求,并以某型号用点火器、反推火箭及引爆器为例,验证了该方法及要求的可行性及有效性。In order to further improve the reliability of pyrotechnics devices,the method proposed in this paper has been used in which design organizations are recognized and production organizations are implemented&improved by using the polarity and fallible item summary table to confirm the identification,management,control methods and requirements.And taking a model with the igniters,low thrust rockets and initiators as an example,this method are verified to obtain the feasibility and effectiveness.
