土壤水分胁迫对不同酸枣无性系抗旱性的影响

摘　　要：以辽西朝阳地区不同酸枣无性系为试材,采用土壤持续水分胁迫和复水处理方法,测定分析其抗旱性主要指标,研究了水分胁迫对酸枣无性系抗旱性的影响,以期为酸枣良种选育提供参考依据。结果表明:水分胁迫处理后各酸枣无性系叶片相对含水量呈先降低后升高的变化趋势,LW1号无性系高于其它无性系。各酸枣无性系丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,其中LW4号无性系的丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量均明显优于其它无性系。胁迫处理15 d时,LW4号无性系可溶性糖及丙二醛含量分别为21.5 mg·g^(-1)、18.2μmol·g^(-1),与LW5号无性系差异极显著;LW1号无性系叶片相对含水量为91.2%,与LW5号无性系差异极显著。酸枣无性系抗旱性综合评价由高到低排序依次为LW1号、LW4号、LW11号、LW8号、LW5号。Taking different Zizyphus acidojujuba clones as test materials in Chaoyang of Liaoning Province,China,applied to determination and analysis their main indexes of drought resistance under water stress and rehydration condition,the influence on resistance of different Zizyphus acidojujuba clones under water stress was researched,in order to provide reference for select and breed fine varieties of Zizyphus acidojujuba.The results showed that,after water stress treatment,the relative water content of leaf(RWC)in various clones showed a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing,and the LW1 clone was higher than other clones.The contents of malondialdehyde,proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein and SOD activity in various clones increased at first and then decreased,and the contents of malondialdehyde,proline and soluble sugar in LW4 clone were significantly better than those in other clones.After 15 days of stress treatment,the contents of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde in LW4 clone were 21.5 mg·g^(-1)and 18.2μmol·g^(-1),respectively,which were very significant difference from those in LW5 clone.The relative water content of leaves in LW1 clone was 91.2%,which was very significant difference from that of LW5 clone.The comprehensive evaluation scores of the Zizyphus acidojujuba clones ranked were LW1,LW4,LW11,LW8 and LW5 in order from higher to lower.
