摘　　要：介绍日照钢铁有限公司热轧产线所用ISRA表面质量检测仪系统的硬件组成,系统测量原理,对质量检测仪使用过程中出现的故障进行分析及处理,使质量检测仪充分发挥作用,从而能够快速、准确地检测板材质量,提高产品合格率。We introduced the hardware composition of the ISRA surface quality inspection system used in the hot rolling line of Rizhao Steel Corporation and the system measurement principle,and analyzed and dealt with the malfunctions of the quality tester in use so that we could make the quality tester work at full capacity and thus quickly and accurately check the quality of the sheet materials and improve the product qualification ratio.
