摘　　要：分析了受限空间内大型轧机牌坊安装、拆除工装的特点;研发设计了可以根据现场不同情况灵活组合的结构工装;该工装可以根据被吊装物尺寸及吨位的不同而改变组合方式,便于重复利用,降低施工成本。通过实例介绍了受限空间内大型轧机牌坊安装、拆除工装的具体应用过程。The characteristics of installation and dismantling tooling for large rolling mill stand in confined space were analyzed;structural tooling that could be flexibly combined according to different situations on site were developed and designed.The tooling can be combined in different ways according to the size and tonnage of the object lifted,thus enabling reuse and reduction of construction costs.The specific processes of using the equipment in confined spacewas introducedbyexample.
