摘　　要：和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的全人类共同价值,是一种有别于西方“普世价值”的建构性话语体系,是新时代中国共产党推动构建人类命运共同体的价值观基础。和平与发展作为构建人类命运共同体的首要价值,是确保人类生存和生活需求得到满足的基本前提;公平与正义作为构建人类命运共同体的核心价值,是推动国际关系良性互动的根本保障;民主与自由作为构建人类命运共同体的关键价值,是实现国际关系民主化和世界各国自主发展的必然要求。只有将全人类共同价值作为构建人类命运共同体的价值观基础,才能真正认清西方“普世价值”的霸权政治祸心,推动人类社会朝着“人类命运共同体”的方向发展。The common values of peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy and freedom are for mankind.Different from the western"universal values",they are the value basis on which the Communist Party of China promotes the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind in the new era.As the primary values of building a community with a shared future for mankind,peace and development are the basic premises to ensure that human survival and living needs are met.As the core values of building a community with a shared future for mankind,fairness and justice are the fundamental guarantee for promoting the benign interaction of international relations.As the key values of building a community with a shared future for mankind,democracy and freedom are the inevitable requirements for the democratization of international relations and the independent development of all countries in the world.Only by taking the common values of mankind as the value basis of building a human community with a shared future for mankind can we really recognize the hegemonic political evils of the western"universal values",thus promoting the development of human society in the direction of"a human community with a shared future".
