摘 要:目的:构建和实践医院精细化管理模型,提升医院运营水平和管理效率。方法:以物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法论为视角对医院精细化管理系统进行分析,将复杂的精细化实践活动简化成明晰的系统结构,以精细化改进项目为抓手,通过品管圈、现场管理“6S”、灾害脆弱性分析、失效模式与效应分析以及根本原因分析等精细化管理工具的应用,贯穿沟通协调、技术协调和实践协调的人理协调关系,从强调事实、强调效率以及强调效果3方面强化医院精细化管理长效机制。结果:形成了由院部领导-职能部门主任-内辅员-成员组成的精细化管理项目组织架构,有效提升了医院服务能力、职能部门服务保障能力和科室运营管理效能。结论:WSR系统方法论为我国医院精细化管理研究和实践提供了思考问题的方式和解决问题的思路。Objective:To build and practice the refined management model of the hospital to improve the hospital's operation level and management efficiency.Method:Analyze the refined management system of the hospital from the perspective of the physical-event-human-reason(WSR)system methodology,simplify the complex refined practice activities into a clear system structure,and focus on the refined improvement project.The application of refined management tools such as pipe circle,"6S"site management,disaster vulnerability analysis,failure mode and effect analysis,and root cause analysis runs through the human-physical coordination relationship of communication coordination,technical coordination,and practical coordination,emphasizing facts,Emphasize efficiency and emphasize effects to strengthen the long-term mechanism of refined hospital management.Results:A refined management project organizational structure composed of hospital leaders-functional department directors-internal assistants-members was formed,which effectively improved the hospital's service capabilities,functional department service support capabilities,and department operation and management efficiency.Conclusion:The WSR system methodology provides a way to think about problems and a way to solve problems for the research and practice of refined hospital management in my country.
