摘 要:目的:了解江苏省医护人员在新冠疫情背景下的情绪状态,从情绪劳动及智力相关理论背景下展开探讨,为今后稳定医护人员情绪提供参考。方法:对江苏省内12所公立医院开展医护人员情绪劳动及智力现状开展问卷调查,并对相关数据进行独立样本t检验等描述性分析。结果:医生护士对情绪基本认知集中在3.5分左右且具有一致性(P>0.05);医生的部分情绪劳动能力高于护士(P<0.05);诸多因素中护士情绪劳动受影响程度整体高于医生(P<0.05);护士的情绪智力表现高于医生(P<0.05)。结论:医院方需要从多角度提升医护基础情绪认知,通过讲座等方式对医护情绪管理开展培训,培训中区分医护人员情绪管理重点,提高医生突发情况的情绪控制能力,保证护士的工作情绪,降低医患纠纷发生率,提高医护沟通能力、临床和教学投入度。Objective:To understand the emotional state of medical staff in Jiangsu Province under the background of the COVID-19 epidemic,to discuss the background of emotional labor and intelligence-related theories,and to provide a reference for stabilizing the emotional state of medical staff in the future.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the emotional labor and intelligence status of medical staff in 12 public hospitals in Jiangsu Province,and the relevant data were analyzed by independent sample t-test and other descriptive analysis.Results:The basic cognition of emotion of doctors and nurses was concentrated at about 3.5,and there was consistency(P>0.05).The ability of partial emotional labor of doctors was higher than that of nurses under normal emotions(P<0.05);Among the factors,nurses were more affected by emotional labor than doctors(P<0.05);The emotional intelligence of nurses was higher than that of doctors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospitals need to improve the basic emotional cognition of doctors and nurses from multiple perspectives,and carry out training on the emotional management of doctors and nurses through lectures and other methods,to reduce the incidence of doctor-patient disputes,improve the communication skills of doctors and nurses and increase the clinical and teaching engagement.
