摘　　要：社会捐赠已成为国际高水平医院的重要资金来源。相比之下,国内公立医院对社会捐赠的利用仍有很大拓展空间。社会捐赠能够成为医院应急物资保障的有效补充,健全重大疫情防控和应急医疗救治高质量发展新体系;有助于完善公立医院投入机制,激活高质量发展新动力;有助于打造有温度的医院,倡导高质量发展新文化。近年来,社会各界对公立医院主动捐赠大幅增加。基于当前公立医院接受社会捐赠的实例,梳理工作要点和现存问题,建议公立医院妥善把握所面临的挑战与机遇,持续推进公立医院接受社会捐赠,推动医院高质量发展。Social donations have already become an important source of funds for international high-level hospitals.In contrast,public hospitals in our country still have much room for expansion in the use of social donated capital.Social donations can become an effective supplement to emergency material security,and improve the new high-quality development system of major epidemic prevention and control and emergency medical treatment.It helps to improve the investment mechanism of public hospitals and activate the new driving force of high-quality development.It helps to build a warm hospital and advocate a new culture of high-quality development.In recent years,the active donations of all sectors of society to public hospitals have increased significantly.Based on the current examples of public hospitals accepting social donations,this paper combs the key points of work and existing problems and suggests that public hospitals properly grasp the challenges and opportunities they face,continue to promote public hospitals accepting social donations,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
