摘  要:【目的】探究不同亚种间粳型、籼型、爪型、亚种间杂交改良系籼粳型和籼爪型耐镉水稻品系糙米镉含量的差异,以及糙米镉含量和微量元素之间、微量元素相互间的相关关系,同时为高必需微量元素且低镉水稻品系的选育提供参考。【方法】以低镉邻近品种‘湘晚籼12号’为对照,筛选出粳型、籼型、爪型、籼粳型、籼爪型共77份相对低镉水稻品系为材料,在镉重度污染区全生育期种植,成熟期测定供试材料的糙米Cd、Zn、Mn、Cu和Fe元素含量。【结果】不同类型耐镉品系糙米镉含量为籼粳型>籼爪型>籼型>粳型>爪型;粳型、爪型水稻糙米镉含量与生育期为差异极显著正相关(P<0.01),而籼型、籼粳型、籼爪型水稻糙米镉含量与生育期无显著相关性;粳型水稻糙米Cd与Zn、Cu含量分别为差异极显著正相关,籼型水稻糙米Cd与Mn、Cu、Fe含量均为差异显著正相关(P<0.05),与Zn含量为差异显著负相关,爪型水稻糙米Cd与Zn、Cu含量分别为差异极显著、显著正相关,籼粳型水稻糙米Cd与Mn含量为差异显著正相关,籼爪型水稻糙米Cd与Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe含量无显著相关性。微量元素间的分析表明,籼型水稻糙米Zn和Cu含量、粳型水稻Mn含量、爪型水稻的Fe含量高于对应的其他类型;粳型水稻Zn与Cu的吸收为协同作用,籼型水稻Zn与Cu、Fe的吸收为拮抗作用,Cu、Fe、Mn的吸收互为协同作用,爪型水稻Fe和Mn的吸收为协同作用,籼粳型水稻Zn与Mn、Cu、Fe间及Mn与Cu、Fe间为协同作用,籼爪型水稻Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe之间互为协同作用。【结论】籼爪型水稻糙米低Cd、高Fe和Zn营养型水稻品系具有较好的培育前景。【Objective】The present study explored the cadmium(Cd)accumulation in brown rice among different subspecies,and the correlation between Cd accumulation and contents of minor elements,which provided reference and genetic resources for the breeding of high nutrition and Cd-tolerant rice varieties.【Method】77 Cd-tolerant rice varieties/lines were planted in the heavily cadmium pollution area during the whole growth stages,and the contents of Cd and four minor elements(Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe)in brown rice were measured at maturity stage.【Result】Cd-tolerant of brown rice was Ind-Jap>Ind-Jav>Indica>Japonica>Javanica.There were extremely significant difference of the Cd-tolerant of Japonica and Javanica rice with the growth stage,which were no significant difference of the other subspecies.The Cd content of the Japonica rice was extremely significant positive correlation with the Zn and Cu,while the Cd content of Indica rice was significantly positive correlation with Mn,Cu and Fe,which was significantly negative correlation with Zn.About the Javanica rice,there were extremely significant or significant difference positive correlation of Cd and Zn,Mn.There was a significant difference positive correlation of Cd and Mn of the Ind-Jap rice.There was no significant difference positive correlation of Cd and Zn,Mn,Cu,Fe of the Ind-Jav rice.The minor elements analysis showed that the Zn and Cu content of India rice,the Mn content of japonica rice,the Fe content of Javanica rice,were higher than that of the others.Zn could act synergistically with Cu to the Japonica rice,Cu could act synergistically with Fe and Mn to the Indica rice,but Zn could act antagonism with Cu and Fe to the Indica rice,Fe could act synergistically with Mn to the Javanica rice,Zn could act synergistically with Mn,Cu and Fe to the Ind-Jap,the same as Mn with Cu and Fe to the Ind-Jap,Zn,Mn,Cu and Fe were synergistic to the Ind-Jav rice.【Conclusion】The Ind-Jav rice of low cadmium and high nutrition(Fe and Zn)has a good breeding prospect.
