陆启滨教授诊治月经过少的经验探析

摘　　要：月经过少是妇科常见病、多发病。陆启滨教授根据多年临床经验,认为其病机虚实夹杂,以肾虚为本,兼肝脾失调、心肾不交;其本在脏腑,标在气血,痰瘀为其病理产物。临证时自拟补肾活血方化裁,补肾益精,养血活血,治疗强调以补肾为主,包括填肾精、滋肾阴、补肾气、助肾阳;兼以健脾、疏肝、宁心安神,从而使冲盛任通,血海满盈,气血通畅,经量增加;同时注重饮食、起居、情志、运动等的调摄,临床疗效显著。Less menstrual cycle is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology.According to many years of clinical experience,Professor Lu Qibin thought that its pathogenesis was mixed with deficiency and insufficiency,based on kidney deficiency,combined with liver and spleen disorders,heart and kidney disharmony;Its origin is in Zang-fu organs,marked in Qi and blood,phlegm and blood stasis is its pathological product.At the time of clinical syndrome,the prescription of Bushen Huoxue was designed by myself to enrich kidney and essence,nourish blood and promote blood circulation.The treatment emphasized on tonifying kidney,including tonifying kidney essence,nourishing kidney Yin,tonifying kidney qi and assisting kidney Yang;And to strengthen the spleen,soothing the liver,Ningxin calm the mind,so that Chong Sheng Ren Tong,full of blood,Qi and blood patency,increase the amount of meridian;At the same time pay attention to diet,daily living,mood,sports and other adjustment,clinical effect is remarkable.
