穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压联合SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位后残余症状临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压联合SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)复位后残余症状的临床疗效。方法将100例BPPV患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例予SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上联合穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压治疗,2组均治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、平均治愈时间;比较2组治疗前后眩晕调查问卷(UCLA-DQ)-眩晕频率、UCLA-DQ-眩晕程度、运动敏感度指数量表(MSQ)评分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分变化;比较2组复发率。结果治疗组总有效率96.0%(48/50),对照组总有效率94.0%(47/50),2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组疗效相当。治疗组平均治愈时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。2组治疗后UCLA-DQ-眩晕频率、UCLA-DQ-眩晕程度、MSQ评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组UCLA-DQ-眩晕频率、UCLA-DQ-眩晕程度、MSQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后情感、功能、躯体评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组情感、功能、躯体评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压联合SRM-Ⅳ前庭功能诊疗系统治疗BPPV,可缩短患者治愈时间,改善患者复位后残余症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint patching and auricular point sticking combined with SRM-Ⅳvertigo diagnosis and treatment system for residual symptoms after repositioning maneuvers in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods A total of 100 BPPV patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).All patients were managed by SRM-Ⅳvertigo diagnosis and treatment system,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with acupoint patching and auricular point sticking.The aim was to compare average cure time,the University of California Los Angeles Dizziness Questionnaire(UCLA-DQ)(frequency of vertigo,degree of vertigo),motion sensitivity questionnaire(MSQ),Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score,recurrence rate.The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was comparable to that in the control group(96.0%[48/50]vs 94.0%[47/50],[P>0.05],respectively).The average cure time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,UCLA-DQ(frequency of vertigo,degree of vertigo),MSQ score in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the reduction in the treatment group was more common compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotion,function,body in groups after treatment were decreased(P<0.05),which were decreased in the treatment group relevant to the control group(P<0.05).Lower recurrence rate and better long-term effect in the treatment group were found compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For BPPV patients,acupoint patching and auricular point sticking combined with SRM-Ⅳvertigo diagnosis and treatment system can shorten the average cure time,improve the residual symptoms after repositioning maneuvers and quality of life.
