摘 要:常态化疫情防控是一项艰巨繁重又需要持久坚持的工作,做好高校本科生的资助育人工作是当前高校学生工作的关键一环。在常态化疫情防控背景下,资助育人理念向“发展型”资助深度转变,资助育人机制对差异化、精准化要求提高,资助育人体系发展呈现新方位。但资助理念、认定程序、育人协同机制等仍需深入拓展。高校应深挖育人新价值,科学精准做好困难认定,整合资源、凝聚合力,构建常态化疫情防控背景下资助育人工作新格局。Normalized epidemic prevention and control is an arduous and burdensome task that needs to be sustained.Doing a good job in funding and educating college undergraduates is a key link in the current work of college students.In the background of normalization epidemic prevention and control,the concept of supporting and educating people has been deeply changed to"development oriented"funding,the requirements for differentiation and accuracy of the supporting and educating mechanism have been improved,and the development of the supporting and educating system has taken on a new dimension.However,the funding concept,accreditation procedures and the collaborative mechanism of education still need to be further expanded.Colleges should deeply tap the new value of educating people,scientifically and accurately identify difficulties,integrate resources and pool efforts,and build a new pattern of supporting education under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control.
