摘  要:搭建虚拟仿真实训教学共享管理平台,把思想道德教育、安全环保教育、社会实践教育融入育训结合教学中,建成了集教学、培训、竞赛、职业技能鉴定和技术服务五位一体的示范性基地。完善课程体系,构建“岗课证赛”融通的五个层次、递进式的仿真实训教学资源,实施“做、学、教、赛、养”五位一体教学模式,深化教师、教材、教法“三教”改革,推进“课堂-仿真-工厂”的一体化教学模式的改革与实践,实现同时面向对专业学生和企业员工进行基于互联网的远程化教学和培训,为绿色石化战略性支柱产业提供有力的人才支撑。A virtual simulation teaching and training sharing management platform should be built,and ideological and moral education,safety and environmental protection education,social practice education should be integrated into education and training teaching,so as to build a five-in-one demonstration base integrating teaching,training,competition,vocational skill evaluation and technical service.It is necessary to perfect the curriculum system,construct the five-level and progressive simulation and practical teaching resources integrating"post class certificate competition",implement the five-level integrated teaching mode of"doing,learning,teaching,competition and cultivation",deepen the reform of"three education"of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods,and promote the reform and practice of the integrated teaching mode of"classroom,simulation and factory",so as to realize the Internet-based remote teaching and training for professional students and enterprise employees at the same time,to provide strong talent support for the strategic pillar industry of green petrochemical industry.
