摘 要:针对某便携式巡飞弹的螺旋桨动力性能测试的风洞试验数据采集需求,基于CG-02风洞进行了数据采集系统的设计。数据采集系统采用分布式结构,硬件基于PXI总线和工业以太网搭建。软件采用模块化设计思想,基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言对不同功能模块进行开发,实现了气动力信号和转速信号的同步采集。对试验中的信号抗干扰技术和转速测量技术进行了研究,提出了软、硬件滤波相结合的信号抗干扰方法和基于K-means聚类的螺旋桨转速测量方法。使用本数据采集系统开展测试试验,结果表明系统满足试验要求。According to the requirements of wind tunnel test data acquisition for propeller dynamic performance test of a portable cruise missile,a data acquisition system based on CG-02 wind tunnel is designed.It adopts distributed structure,and the hardware is built based on PXI bus and industrial Ethernet,the software adopts the idea of modular design,different functional modules based on LabVIEW graphical programming language are developed,and the synchronous acquisition of aerodynamic signal and speed signal is realized.The signal anti-interference technology and speed identification technology in the test are studied.The signal anti-interference method based on hardware filtering and software filtering and the propeller speed measurement method based on K-means clustering are proposed respectively.The results show that the data acquisition system meets the test requirements.
