摘 要:氧氯化锆母液中存在较高含量的钪元素,具有较好的回收价值。本文研究对比了不同萃取剂从氧氯化锆废酸母液中提取钪的效果,并探讨了协同萃取机理;结合傅里叶变换红外光谱表征结果,推断了萃取物结构。此外,研究了氢氧化钠作为反萃剂时反萃钪的工艺。结果表明:P204+TBP组成的萃取体系对钪的萃取具有较好的选择性;在高酸度盐酸体系下,P204+TBP萃取钪的机理为溶剂化作用;采用1%P204+2%TBP+3%异辛醇+煤油为萃取剂,当O/A比为2/3,温度为293 K时,通过三级逆流萃取,钪的萃取率达到99.7%;采用磷酸进行锆的选择性脱除时,锆的脱除率达98.2%。The mother liquor of zirconium oxychloride with high concentration of scandium has high value of recovery.Herein,the extraction processes of scandium from waste acidic mother liquor of zirconium oxychloride with different extractants were compared and the synergistic extraction mechanisms were studied.The Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR)spectrometer was used to characterize the structure of the extractive materials.Furthermore,the process of stripping scandium with sodium hydroxide as the stripping agent was studied.The results show that the extraction system composed of P204+TBP has outstanding selectivity for scandium extraction.The extraction of zirconium by P204 and TBP is based on solvation mechanism in hydrochloric acid with high acidity.Using 1%P204+2%TBP+3%isooctanol+kerosene as extractant,the extraction rate reaches 99.7%by three-stage countercurrent extraction with O/A ratio of 2/3 at 293 K.The removal rate of zirconium achieves 98.2%when phosphoric acid is used to selectively remove zirconium.
