摘  要:风扇是电机冷却系统的重要组成部分,冷却风扇性能的好坏将直接影响电机是否能够长期安全有效的运转。基于单曲率与双曲率结构,对优化的弧形斗式风扇气动性能进行数值研究,结果发现:双曲率结构使弧形斗式风扇全压效率整体高于原始风扇全压效率,全压效率最高提升了9.16个百分点;双曲率弧形斗式风扇在轴向及径向均可减轻流体对叶片的冲击,延缓流动分离,有效提高风扇整体压差,增大风扇整体效率。Fan is an important part of a motor cooling system,the performance of the cooling fan will directly affect whether the motor can operate safely and effectively for a long time.In this paper,the aerodynamic performance of arc bucket fans optimized based on single curvature and double curvature configurations is studied numerically,with the results showing that:The double curvature structure makes the total pressure efficiency of the arc bucket fan higher than that of the original fan,with the maximum increase of 9.16%.The double curvature arc bucket fan can reduce the impact of fluid on the blade in both axial and radial direction,delay flow separation,effectively improve the overall pressure difference of the fan,and increase the overall efficiency of the fan.
