摘  要:随着大容量发电机组不断的发展和运行,迫切需要对发电机绝缘状态进行有效评估。综述了国内外发电机定子绕组绝缘状态评估技术的研究现状,提出基于发电机绝缘的微观分子与凝聚态结构的数字化图像识别和智能算法,构建了发电机绝缘状态智能评估技术,实现了发电机运行过程中的绝缘状态智能评估。为机组智慧化检修提供了新的技术手段。With the development and operation of large capacity generator set,it is urgent to evaluate the insulation status of generator effectively.In this paper,the research status of the evaluation technology for stator windings insulation of generators at home and abroad is summarized and digital image recognition and intelligent algorithms based on the microscopic molecular and condensed status of generator insulation put forward,so the intelligent evaluation technology of generator insulation state is constructed so as to have realized the intelligent evaluation of insulation status during generator operation and provided a new technological means for the intelligent maintenance of the unit.
