摘 要:在半导体、5G通信技术快速发展以及新能源逐渐普及的浪潮下,电子产品被要求能承受更大功率、更严苛的工作环境以及能在更宽的频率范围内高效工作。一体成型电感作为功率电感中的重要一员,自然也被要求能满足甚至超过以上要求。电感值是电感器中最基本也是很重要的一个参数,是电感器设计的第一步。公开文献资料中很多文献涉及空心电感、环形电感以及棒形电感等常用电感的计算方式,对于一体成型的电感计算并未见报道。根据长期工程实践经验,总结出了适用于不同场景的2种电感计算方法,分别是同系列产品开发的类比法和普适性较广的磁芯参数法,其误差均小于15%,符合开发要求。这些电感设计方法供工程设计人员参考,以便提高开发时效性。With the rapid development of semiconductor,5G communication technology and the gradual popularization of new energy industry,electronic products are required to withstand higher power,more rigorous working environment and work efficiently in a wider frequency range.As an important member of power inductors,molded inductors are naturally required to meet or even exceed the above requirements.Inductance value is the most basic and important parameter of inductor,and it is also the first step in the design of inductor.There are many references or public literature to the inductance calculation methods of common inductors,such as hollow inductors,ring inductors and rod core in ductors,but the calculation method for molded inductor has not been reported.Based on long-term engineering practice experience,this paper summarizes two inductance calculation methods applicable to different scenarios,namely,analogy method for the development of the same series of products and core parameter method with wide universality.The error is less than 15%,which meets the development requirements.These inductance design methods are for engineering designers’reference,so as to improve the development.
