摘 要:目前,变频调节技术已经被广泛应用在各个行业及领域,这是因为该技术的应用能够起到节约资源、减少浪费的效果,适合应用在火电厂等资源型企业运行中,但是火电厂需要做好对凝结水泵变频电源的配置工作,才能够确保变频调节技术的应用效果。为此,首先分析了火电厂凝结水泵及变频器运行原理,其次总结了火电厂凝结水泵变频电源配置方案的设计流程,最后以1000 MW超超临界机组为例,分析了凝结水泵配置方案、凝结水泵变频电源配置方案及选择建议,以期为火电厂凝结水泵变频电源配置工作提供参考。At present,inverter control technology has been widely used in various industries and fields,this is because the application of this technology to the effect of saving resources,reduce waste,suitable for application in coalfired power plant resources in the operation of the enterprise,but power plants need to do a good job of configuration of condensate pump frequency conversion power supply,to ensure the inverter control technology application effect.Therefore,the operation principle of condensate pump and frequency converter in thermal power plant is firstly analyzed,and then the design process of configuration scheme of variable frequency power supply for condensate pump in thermal power plant is summarized.Finally,the configuration scheme of condensate pump,configuration scheme of variable frequency power supply for condensate pump and selection suggestions are analyzed by taking 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit as an example.In order to provide reference for the configuration of condensate pump frequency conversion power supply in thermal power plants.
