宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗不孕症的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取66例不孕症患者,根据随机数字抽取表法分为对照组与研究组,每组33例。对照组采取宫腔镜手术治疗,研究组采取宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.97%,显著高于对照组的78.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.06%,显著低于对照组的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对不孕症患者采取宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗可使症状完全消失,输卵管彻底通畅,且可减少相关并发症,安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of uterine laparoscopic combined operation on infertility.Methods 66 infertile patients were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number extraction table,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,while the study group was given combined hysteroscopic laparoscopic surgery.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated and the occurrence of complications was observed.Results The effective rate in the study group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than 78.79%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.06%,which was significantly lower than 24.24%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine laparoscopic combined surgery for infertility patients can promote the complete disappearance of symptoms,completely unblock the fallopian tube,and can reduce related complications,which was safe and worthy of promotion and application.
