摘　　要：分娩疼痛一直是围产医学研究的重要组成部分。音乐疗法、硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛已经逐渐成为解决分娩疼痛的主要方式,音乐疗法联合硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛对减轻产妇分娩过程中疼痛具有显著作用,不影响分娩结局,安全可行。Labor pain has always been an important part of perinatal medicine.Music analgesia and epidural analgesia have gradually become the main way of labor pain.Music therapy combined with epidural analgesia can signifi cantly reduce the degree of pain in the process of labor,and will not have a negative impact on the outcome of labor.
