摘　　要：目的研究宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)临床治疗中使用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊用药干预方案对Nugent评分、阴道分泌物pH值的临床影响。方法选取88例宫颈HPV感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组44例。对照组单纯采用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后阴道分泌物pH值、Nugent评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈HPV感染患者能够明显降低Nugent评分,促使阴道分泌物pH值逐渐恢复正常,降低炎性水平,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule and lactobacillus vaginal capsule on Nugent score and pH value of vaginal secretion during the clinical treatment of human papilloma virus(HPV).Methods 88 patients with cervical HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal eff ervescent capsules alone,and the study group was treated with Lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of tumor necrosis factor-A(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The pH value and Nugent score of vaginal secretions in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal eff ervescent capsules combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules in the treatment of cervical HPV infection patients can signifi cantly reduce Nugent score,promote the pH value of vaginal secretion gradually return to normal,reduce inflammatory level,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
