消癖散中药穴位敷贴对剖宫产初产妇产后乳汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的分析消癖散中药穴位贴敷对剖宫产初产妇产后乳汁分泌的影响。方法选取80例足月剖宫产初产妇,根据双盲法分为试验组与对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合消癖散中药穴位贴敷。比较两组初产妇血清泌乳素水平、泌乳量评分和母乳喂养情况。结果产时,两组初产妇血清泌乳素对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组产后24 h、48 h、72 h血清泌乳素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产时,两组初产妇产后泌乳量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组产后24 h、48 h、72 h泌乳量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后1 d、3 d全母乳喂养率85.00%、97.50%均高于对照组的57.50%、80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇分娩后给予消癖散中药穴位贴敷能促进产后乳汁分泌,提升母乳喂养率,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint application of Xiaopishan powder on puerperal milk secretion of primipara in cesarean section.Methods 80 primipara with full-term cesarean section were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group according to double-blind method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group was combined with Xiaopishan powder application on the basis of the control group.The serum prolactin level,lactation volume score and breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results During delivery,there was no signifi cant difference in serum prolactin between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum prolactin level of experimental groups was higher than that of control group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h postpartum,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).At the time of delivery,there was no signifi cant difference in postpartum lactation score between the two groups(P>0.05).Lactation volume scores at 24 h,48 h and 72 h postpartum in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding at 1 d and 3 d after nursing in experimental group was 85.00%and 97.50%higher than that in control group(57.50% and 80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Xiaopishan powder after delivery can promote postpartum milk secretion and increase breastfeeding rate,which has popularization value.
