摘  要:目的探讨在控制性超促排卵中早发黄体生成素(LH)峰对卵泡发育及胚胎质量的影响。方法分析1例患者在促排卵周期中出现突发LH峰后使用拮抗剂后卵泡的发育情况、获卵数及胚胎质量。结果促排卵过程中出现的早发LH峰在加倍使用拮抗剂后对卵泡发育及胚胎质量未见明显影响。结论单一性早发LH峰出现时给予加量拮抗剂控制LH水平下降至安全范围之内,可挽救该助孕周期,获得较优质的胚胎。Objective To explore the effect of early luteinizing hormone(LH)peak on follicular development and embryo quality during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.Methods The development of follicles,the number of oocytes obtained and the quality of embryos after the use of antagonists in a patient with sudden LH peak during the ovulation cycle were analyzed.Results The early LH peak in the process of ovulation induction had no signifi cant effect on the follicular development and embryo quality after the doubled use of antagonists.Conclusion When the single premature LH peak appears,the dosage of antagonist is given to control the LH level to fall within the safe range,this method can save the pregnancy cycle and obtain high-quality embryos.
