放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取72例产后及异常妊娠子宫出血患者,按照抛硬币法分为对照组与试验组,每组36例。对照组采用宫腔水囊压迫治疗,试验组采用放射介入治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、止血情况。结果试验组立即止血率、术后3个月无再次出血率均高于对照组,出血量减少至止血率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的61.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比宫腔水囊压迫,放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血患者效果确切,可有效进行止血,减少术后不良情况,值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of interventional radiotherapy on postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding.Methods 72 patients with postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to coin toss method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intrauterine water sac compression,and the experimental group was treated with interventional radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy and hemostasis of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of immediate hemostasis and the rate of no re-bleeding 3 months after surgery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the reduction of blood loss to hemostasis rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%,significantly higher than that of the control group(61.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with intrauterine water sac compression,interventional radiotherapy has a definite effect on postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding patients,which can effectively stop bleeding and reduce postoperative adverse conditions,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
