康妇消炎栓联合盆腔炎治疗仪治疗盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究康妇消炎栓联合盆腔炎治疗仪治疗盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取108例盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各54例。试验组采用康妇消炎栓联合盆腔炎治疗仪治疗,对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、疼痛症状缓解时间、心理状态及住院时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.30%,显著高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛评分、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,疼痛症状缓解时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合盆腔炎治疗仪治疗盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛的疗效确切,可有效缓解患者慢性疼痛,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with pelvic inflammatory therapy instrument on chronic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 108 patients with chronic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with pelvic inflammatory therapy instrument,and the control group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.The therapeutic eflFect,pain degree,pain symptom relief time,mental state and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score and depression score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the pain symptom remission time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),Conclusion Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with pelvic inflammatory therapy instrument has definite curative effect on chronic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease,can effectively relieve chronic pain,shorten the length of hospital stay,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
